As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by ensuring every customer interaction meets the highest standards and delivers an exceptional luxury experience.
  • Host culinary events to build brand engagement within the local community and increase showroom traffic.
  • Engage with local architects, designers, media, and influencers to build a strong network and generate sales growth.
  • Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure it adheres to company guidelines.
  • Oversee the CRM and POS systems and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct inventory inspections and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure all products are up-to-date and displayed properly, while promotional materials are readily available.
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
  • Travel to the USA up to twice a year for Global meetings.
  • Train, develop, and coach the showroom team in both sales techniques and administrative tasks.
  • Hold weekly meetings to ensure alignment and foster a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster effective communication across the team.
  • Apply best practices to guide the customer's purchasing journey, ensuring all interactions are approached and served with excellence.
  • Deliver the elevated "Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove" customer experience that aligns with the Brand Standards for every customer interaction.
  • Ensure that all team members are well-versed in product knowledge across all brands carried by Maroline.
  • Participate in the Sub-Zero Learning Portal and take full advantage of all available learning opportunities.
