Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Efficiently manage the daily operations of the showroom to provide a seamless, high-quality experience for all visitors.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to organize compelling product demonstrations and marketing events.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain robust relationships with product marketing teams to ensure the showroom is always featuring the latest and most relevant products.
  • Customer Service: Offer detailed product information and assist customers with special requests to elevate their shopping experience.
  • Strategic Planning: Implement strategies aimed at boosting visitor numbers and increasing engagement with showroom displays.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to furnish actionable insights to management, driving improvements and strategic adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, business administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience: Proven retail or customer service experience, especially within a showroom setting, is highly valued.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge strong connections with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to support showroom events and operational needs.
