About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Stoke Motel Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision

Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Inventory Management

Oversee the selection and purchase of equipment and supplies, ensuring that our housekeeping department is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.

Scheduling and Coordination

Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Financial Management

Manage the financial records of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and reported.

Maintenance and Repair

Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.

Staff Development

Identify training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 hours per week

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
