About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Regent Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional results
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols
    • Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping operations
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Collaborate with other hotel staff to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail
  • Work Conditions
    • Permanent position
    • English language required
    • 32 to 40 hours per week
