About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Stoke Motel Inc. as a key member of our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
    • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Inventory and Purchasing
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
    • Plan and coordinate the purchase of housekeeping supplies and equipment to meet the needs of the hotel.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
    • Identify and address any quality issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records of housekeeping expenses and revenues.
    • Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping performance and financials as required.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with hotel staff, management, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of housekeeping services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Permanent employment
    • English as the primary language of work
    • 30 hours per week
