Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including housekeeping supervisors and housekeeping attendants.
    • Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping operations.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies, including linens, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.

Requirements
  • Education
