Position Summary

The Spa Operations Supervisor will oversee daily activities within the spa environment, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a trades certificate or diploma and have a proven track record in a supervisory role.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is required. This position necessitates on-site work; remote options are not available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks for spa equipment
  • Assist clients with special requirements
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations
  • Ensure the effective operation of all technical equipment
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality and productivity
  • Supervise the cleaning of specialized items
  • Order necessary materials and supplies
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommendations for enhancing productivity and service quality
  • Oversee, coordinate, and schedule staff activities
  • Train employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 staff members.

Work Environment

This role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
