Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Sidhpur 2 Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and staff scheduling.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and food preparation assistants.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on restaurant performance and operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
