Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors and clients, maintains visitor records, and ensures a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Responds to incoming calls, routes calls to the appropriate department or person, and provides timely and accurate information.
  • Performs various administrative tasks, including clerical duties, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Orders office supplies and materials, assists with purchasing, and maintains a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Acts as a point of contact for employees participating in company social events and programs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or administration.
