Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at UGO Fuel. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills.
