MUNDAIR CONSULTING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate decision-making.
- Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize productivity.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals.
- Language: Work in English.
- Hours: Work 35 hours per week.
