Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch application packages to clients through electronic and postal methods.
  • Draft and send communications to clients, legal representatives, and other relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduling Insurer Examinations.
  • Assist the department by organizing mail for claims files, managing department voicemail messages, and maintaining departmental software.
  • Process invoices as instructed by adjusters and management.
  • Establish new claims in the system.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of post-secondary education is essential; pursuing a CIP designation is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in claims or a background in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient keyboarding and data entry capabilities.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, along with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
