Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our claims process and ensuring that our members receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate communication with members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with adjusters, vendors, and other departments to ensure seamless claims processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, utilizing our claims management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the claims team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our claims handling.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a claims or administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong keyboarding and data entry skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and claims management software.
