We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our claims process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Send application packages to clients via email/mail
* Complete and send correspondence to clients, legal representatives, and other interested parties
* Correspond with vendors for scheduling of Insurer Examinations
* Provide department support by matching mail for claims files, distribution, and response of department voicemail messages and maintenance of department software
* Payment of invoices as directed by adjusters and leadership
* New Claims set-up

Requirements

* Post-secondary education is required and/or working towards CIP designation would be preferred
* Minimum of 1 year claims experience or experience working within the health care industry
* Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
* Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with strong decision-making skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office platform
