Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suits Kingston. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities to identify any areas that require maintenance or repair.
- Manage Supplies and Equipment: Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that the hotel's housekeeping department has everything it needs to operate efficiently.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure that the hotel's facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
