About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE CREST INN. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services, ensuring that we stay within our financial targets.
  • Coordinate Additional Services: Arrange for specialized cleaning services, such as painting and repairs, to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and manage financial transactions related to housekeeping operations.
  • Receive Payments: Process payments for specialized cleaning services and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with Cleaning Duties: Provide support to housekeeping staff as needed, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring that we meet our operational needs.
