Position Overview:

Medisolution (2009) Inc. is in search of a knowledgeable Client Support & Implementation Specialist with a robust foundation in Payroll processing specifically within the Healthcare sector.

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering exceptional technical assistance and guiding them through their payroll operations. Collaboration with both clients and development teams will be essential to ensure prompt issue resolution and smooth implementation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch support to clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Communicate updates to clients regarding application changes and relevant regulatory updates.
  • Oversee the complete implementation process for new clients, including needs analysis, programming, testing, and training.
  • Provide continuous customer support, troubleshooting issues, offering application training, and creating crystal reports.
  • Maintain and update training documentation and user guides as necessary.
  • Assist in business development activities, including proposal development and presentation delivery.
  • Engage in project planning and implementation efforts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our applications' functional and technical features to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Troubleshoot software and implementation challenges, providing guidance and quick resolutions through various communication channels.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technical support and software development teams to diagnose and resolve software issues promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Payroll processing, with a solid understanding of business processes and reporting requirements in Healthcare.
  • Proficient in managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills, including crystal report writing and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with SQL or similar data modeling tools.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource systems and interfaces.
  • Thorough understanding of software concepts and technology.
  • Experience in system and user acceptance testing.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
