About the Role

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion across our customer base.
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing sales priorities and customer needs.
