Job Summary

Canadian Stud Welding & Supply Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute them with precision, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate execution.
  • Material Evaluation: Determine the weldability of materials and make recommendations for optimal welding techniques.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical demand.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available for employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
