About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and account management teams, to enhance customer experiences.
  • Use gathered information to identify gaps and recommend strategies to strengthen customer experience metrics.
  • Design and implement marketing and engagement strategies for new products or services.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM).
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience.
