Customer Experience Representative - Bilingual

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Superior Propane. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and reliable information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience.
  • One year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone contact environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail required ensuring accurate capture of customer data.
