Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop strategies to strengthen customer experience metrics
  • Design and implement marketing and engagement strategies for new products or services
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction using various forms of communication
  • Collaborate with others to identify gaps and recommend strategies to improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical skills, including knowledge of customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience
