Position Overview:
TD Commercial Banking offers financial solutions tailored for North American enterprises. The Cash Management Manager (CMM) serves as a resident product authority, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to introduce cash management and deposit solutions to our commercial banking clientele. You will enhance existing customer relationships by offering a suite of services that enable them to optimize their deposit contributions to their business outcomes while simplifying cash flow management and capital allocation across their organization. In addition to tapping into one of the largest commercial customer bases in Canada, you will also facilitate TD's entry into businesses currently served by competitors, offering deposit and credit services. You will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive cash management strategy for the branch. Regularly, you will conduct independent and collaborative business development presentations with commercial bankers and formulate business proposals that provide strategic and innovative solutions tailored to each client's unique cash management needs. Once a product suite is selected, you will oversee the execution of the plan and the integration of product packages into the client's operations. Subsequently, you will identify additional client needs and communicate these to the credit relationship manager as necessary. This position reports to the Unit Leader or a senior Cash Management Manager in larger units and is accountable for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving profitable business growth.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess either an undergraduate degree or relevant work experience. A solid background in technology, including proficiency with computer programs and systems, is advantageous.

You are a driven achiever with demonstrated analytical and interpersonal abilities. You excel both independently and within a team context. You possess a strong sales aptitude and a genuine interest in technology.
