Cash Management Supervisor - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guide departments by exemplifying the highest standards of safety, customer engagement, and product presentation.
  2. Convey essential information and priorities to team members, ensuring they have the necessary guidance and resources to fulfill their duties.
  3. Evaluate team performance through constructive feedback and identify training needs.
  4. Address team and customer inquiries in a fair and professional manner.
Qualifications:
  1. Capability to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Inspire others with a positive mindset aimed at continuous improvement.
  3. Exhibit the determination and commitment required to achieve objectives.
  4. Previous experience in retail sales and supervisory roles is advantageous.
  5. Familiarity with departmental products is beneficial.
