Job Summary

GardaWorld Cash is seeking a dynamic and experienced Armed Security Driver to join our secure transportation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting cash and valuables while ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pickups and deliveries of cash and valuables in a safe and efficient manner
  • Reload or perform minor repairs on Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) from various financial institutions
  • Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers
  • Follow established routes and schedules closely
  • Drive an armored vehicle and maintain road safety at all times
  • Load and unload the armored vehicle
  • Complete daily reports and paperwork
  • Adhere to established procedures and regulations
Requirements
  • Possess a Restricted and Non-Restricted Federal Firearms License (Possession and Acquisition License - PAL)
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Level 5) with a maximum loss of 6 demerit points
  • Be available for day and night shifts on call (casual position, each month must contain a minimum of four (4), twenty-four (24) hour blocks of availability per month)
  • Capable of lifting loads up to 50 lbs
  • Available to work on call for evenings, nights, or weekend shifts
  • Reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance
  • Customer service oriented
  • Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of coping with pressure and tight timelines
  • Skillful in managing stressful situations
