We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative specializing in Cash Management for our esteemed client in the financial services sector.
Role Overview
- Accountable for the accurate processing of currency within a secure processing facility.
- Perform routine data entry and online transaction input, leveraging a fundamental understanding of financial products and operational processes.
- Emphasis on achieving throughput targets while maintaining precision.
- Responsibilities include processing and reconciling cash, coin, and cheque deposits for business clients in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing parcels.
- Meet established performance benchmarks consistently.
- Ensure all documentation is thoroughly reviewed for completeness and accuracy.
- All operations are conducted under surveillance to safeguard all parties involved.
Key Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in cash handling within a processing environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, particularly with MS Excel.
- Strong physical dexterity and keystroke speed are essential for meeting processing goals.
- Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Effective communication skills are required.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the banking sector is considered an asset.
Work Environment
This position requires onsite presence in a secure processing facility.
