- Coordinate cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to customers.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor product quality and adhere to established procedures.
- Manage inventory control of production supplies and equipment used in cash processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve processing problems.
- Recommend modifications to processing systems to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency, and productivity.
- Experience in the cash services industry or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
