We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Greenlife Quality Cleaners Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to our office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.

* Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

* Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including monitoring and evaluating performance.

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Proficient in MS Office.

**Work Environment**

* Private sector.

* 35 hours per week.

* English language.
