Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burrito Guyz. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Communication: Prepare and distribute food order summaries to our chef, ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that our staff are adequately resourced to meet customer demand.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Burrito Guyz, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring you to be highly organized and able to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
