Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at SB 2 Enterprise Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Oversee and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring they meet our high standards for food preparation and service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for our chef and establish effective communication channels with our team.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
