Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community and Social Services Worker to join our team at Persons Community Solutions LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and office support, as well as liaising with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure seamless client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and office support, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of client care.
  • Conduct criminal record checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on efficient communication and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
