Responsabilités- Leadership : Agir en tant que leader en soutien au directeur du magasin et se comporter comme un propriétaire d'entreprise au sein de l'organisation.
- Représentation : Représenter LensCrafters comme la première destination pour tous les besoins de vision au sein de la communauté et fournir des KPI.
- Qualité : Offrir une qualité pour dépasser tous les KPI, notamment % des ventes par rapport au plan, conversion, rentabilité opérationnelle du magasin, croissance/rétention des examens, score de promoteur net.
- Collaboration : Collaborer avec le gérant du magasin pour diriger et développer l'équipe.
- Communication : Fournir des commentaires clairs, constructifs et opportuns et collaborer avec le responsable du magasin sur le développement.
- Exécution : Exécuter les directives visuelles et maintenir l'apparence du magasin.
- Relations : Entretenir des relations de travail positives avec les médecins.
- Conformité : Promouvoir la conformité de l'équipe à toutes les politiques.
- Administration : Effectuer des tâches administratives.
- Flexibilité : Travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les nuits et les week-ends.
- Compétences : Posséder une licence d'opticien d'État valide et fournir des connaissances sur les produits en fonction des besoins visuels/de la prescription.
- Éducation : Bachelier ou équivalent.
- Expérience : Plus d'un an d'expérience en gestion/supervision avec des subordonnés directs.
- Compétences : Connaissance des opérations, des processus et des politiques de vente au détail, solides compétences de base en mathématiques, familiarité avec la caisse enregistreuse, les ordinateurs et les calculatrices.
- Langue : Doit avoir une solide maîtrise de la langue anglaise pour toute correspondance écrite et communication orale.
