Assistant Manager
Depotium Mini-Entrepot is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, presenting lease agreements, and collecting rental payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
- Present lease agreements and collect rental payments
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
- Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
- Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
Requirements:
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse range of customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
