Clinical Services Manager

Job Summary:
The Manager of Clinical Services North Battleford is a key leadership position responsible for providing clinical leadership support to patients and their care teams. This role plays a crucial part in the coordination of service from a multidisciplinary team approach to care and supports the continuation of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership support to patients and their care teams
- Coordinate service from a multidisciplinary team approach to care
- Develop collaborative partnerships with staff at all levels of the organization
- Support the coordination of team-based care
- Develop and coach staff to provide patient care to improve health status
- Support Family Centred Care
Requirements:
- Leader who has developed planning and programs in multi-stakeholder environments
- Five (5)+ years experience in healthcare leadership preferred
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable

- Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
