Seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to lead operational lines of sight, develop and execute business plans, and foster a client-centric culture in Saskatchewan's healthcare system.

Job Description

The Manager, Clinical Services is a key leader in Saskatchewan's healthcare system, partnering with system leaders to achieve healthcare goals. Reporting to the Director Acute Care NW 5 & 6, the Manager is responsible for creating operational lines of sight that connect to the goals and objectives of the SHA.

  • Develop and execute operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture.
  • Work cross-functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations.
  • Develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.
Requirements
  • Five (5)+ years experience in healthcare leadership preferred.
  • Experience in leadership.
Education
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession.
