At Health Careers in Saskatchewan, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Clinical Services to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Manager, Clinical Services is a key leadership position that plays a critical role in achieving our province's healthcare goals. Reporting to the Director Acute Care NW 5 & 6, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating operational lines of sight that connect to the goals and objectives of the SHA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.
- Support strategy through the development and execution of operational and business plans.
- Lead and coach others to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve healthcare goals.
- Five (5)+ years experience in healthcare leadership preferred.
- Experience in leadership.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession.
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.
- Interpersonal skills.

- Analytical skills.

- Communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge in LEAN management system.
- Knowledge in applicable human resource functions and disciplines.

- Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan.
- Knowledge in leadership strategies.
- Ability to lead and coach others.
- Knowledge of diverse, culturally safe and representative workforce.
- Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system.
- Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity.
- Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action.
- Ability to adapt to and implement change.
- Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Travel within Saskatchewan.
