Job Description

The Manager will provide clinical leadership support to all patients and their care. They will work closely with physician co-leads to support the coordination of team-based care and develop collaborative partnerships with staff at all levels of the organization to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care throughout the patients' journey.

  • Develop and implement programs in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Provide expert opinions and advise on matters affecting the delivery of patient care
  • Develop and coach staff to provide patient care to improve health status and support Family Centred Care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care

Requirements:

  • Leader with experience in healthcare leadership
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
