We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of the Technology Department Director, the technician will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients with various technical issues;
- Maintain computer systems, programs, applications, and software;
- Document tasks performed;
- Manage computer networks, including user accounts, password changes, access allocation, security rules, OU creation, and GPO management;
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups;
- Operate email services, internal applications, and the Microsoft network environment (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP);
- Manage backups.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude;
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print servers);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, and 2019;
- Valid driver's license;
- Proficiency with Zoho operating system;
- Technical diploma in computer science or a bachelor's degree in computer science (asset);
- Own a vehicle (asset);
- Bilingual (French and English) (asset).
