Position Overview

The Reservations Supervisor at HOTEL VICTORIA LTD plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless guest experiences through effective management of the reservations team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
  • Perform the same duties as the team members supervised to maintain operational flow.
  • Assist clients and guests with special requirements to ensure their needs are met.
  • Oversee, assign, and review the work of team members to maintain high standards.
  • Recruit and train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure the operation of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
  • Request materials and supplies to support daily operations.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
