- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed to support business operations.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
