Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at FAIZ & LAYEQ GENERAL TRADING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on logistics operations and supply chain performance.
  • Equipment and Machinery Management
    • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery used in logistics and supply chain functions.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice
    • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate personnel for logistics and supply chain functions.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures for logistics and supply chain functions.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.
  • Physical and Mental Demands
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Work Schedule
    • Work a minimum of 32 hours per week and up to 44 hours per week as needed.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
