Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Ahluwalia Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, such as inventory levels, shipping volumes, and delivery times.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal stock discrepancies.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, as well as requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for a team of 11-15 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
- Skills: Accurate, initiative, organized, reliability, team player
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
