About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Deliver Smart Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and executing logistics activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance and progress.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
