About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Ahluwalia Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations performance.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate personnel levels.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance.
  • Operational Planning
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate, initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player.
