Job Title: Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Sodexo Canada Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President, Asset Management to lead our Campus and Corporate business across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to our Campus and Corporate business, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee a large and diversified scope of services, including high-end food, cleaning, maintenance, and general facilities management.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve operational efficiencies, compliance, health & safety, and client retention.
  • Develop and implement business plans to establish strong client relationships and promote partnership.
  • Ensure financial performance and goals align with overall strategy.
  • Monitor unit operations to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and grow an internal talent pipeline, promoting talent and workplace diversity initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • 10 years' experience in a senior operational leadership role, with a proven track record of strengthening and growing a business.
  • Strong client relations skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English is an asset.
