The Housekeeping Operations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at the 124 ON QUEEN HOTEL AND SPA. This position involves overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 16-20 housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Operational Management: Plan and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance and repair services to uphold facility standards.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for housekeeping staff.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Laundry Services: Supervise and coordinate in-house laundry operations.
  • Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
