Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Identify and arrange for additional services such as repairs or renovations
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Team Management

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 light duty cleaners, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
