Position Overview

The Housekeeping Operations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel environment. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team and ensure that high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within housekeeping
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their teams
  • Supervise and guide staff to ensure adherence to safety standards and departmental policies
  • Manage maintenance and repair services in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Maintain an organized inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Supervise and coordinate in-house laundry operations
  • Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping personnel effectively
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly
Team Management

Responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 individuals.
