Position Overview

The Housekeeping Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of the hotel. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead a team and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and teams.
  • Oversee staff performance and provide guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services for the facility.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for team members.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Supervise in-house laundry operations.
  • Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively.
Supervision

Manage a team of 16-20 individuals.
