About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at 124 ON QUEEN HOTEL AND SPA. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate Inspection of Assigned Areas: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our guest expectations.
  • Ensure Safety Standards and Departmental Policies: Implement and maintain safety protocols and departmental policies to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and guests.
  • Maintain Inventory of Supplies, Equipment, and Uniforms: Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
  • Schedule and Assign Duties of Housekeeping Staff: Create and manage schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our guest expectations.
  • Inspect Sites or Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of hotel sites and facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our guest expectations.
  • Co-ordinate Work Activities with Other Departments: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of work activities.
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our guest expectations.
  • Recommend or Arrange for Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
